"Terrible! I wanted to pieces if skirting board. 24" and 33" I walked round and round and asked 3 staff if anyone could assist me. The assistant was unengaged. Said I need to buy an 8ft length. I told him I could not get that in my car. He said some people buy a saw and cut it in the car park??? I was left in shock! Total waste of a journey."
"Had our time wasted as the current store manager does not allow the Valspar colour match technology to be used - they will only advise on what their closest Valspar colour equivalent is… which is obviously a different colour. Very helpful lady working on the shop floor advised us to go to the next closest B&Q store a 15 minute drive away, where they happily matched the exact colour we wanted."
