"My problem wasn’t with the shop but with the member of staff serving. Edinburgh Mill and Regatta share the same floor space. I wished to try on a couple of jackets and was told I couldn’t use the changing room. I had to use a mirror at the rear of the shop. There was already a lady using that mirror who had been there for a while so I saw another mirror and went to use it. The lady serving came over and said that I shouldn’t use it and to go to the other mirror at the rear of the store. I pointed out that the other was being used and she continued to say that I was stopping her from putting stock back on the rails. I moved for her so that she had plenty of room and guess what. She had nothing at all to put on the rail which I was stood near. I hadn’t finished shopping and hadn’t had time to look around her part of the store but would not even entertain it after that. A very small minded ignorant person who spoilt the experience totally."

"An excellent shop... we got everything we set out to buy. Staff very nice and helpful. Great, top quality stock and very reasonable prices. Lots to choose from. Ideally located within Norcutts Garden Centre, which sells a wide range of goods... not just garden related. It has an excellent cafe and ample parking. Easy to get to by car or tram."
