“I go in this Costa fairly often, and have for many years. The staff have always been exceptional, the best in any cafe I've ever been to, with only one or two exceptions and they in the last few months. Overall, they have the knack of choosing incredibly helpful and polite individuals. The cafe itself is not as clean as it used to be (cobwebs on windows and debris behind furniture for long periods) but they are always incredibly busy and I have no doubt they do their best. The staff are wonderful with the regulars, the elderly, and people who can probably be quite a trial to deal with! I've listened to them deal with odd customers with unfailing politeness and calmness.”

“I work in trafford park and heard this place do takeaway breakfasts as well as all you can eat sit in. I have been twice now and both times been very impressed with the service. For £6.99 You get a tray to help yourself to the breakfast carvery which is all you would expect to compile your favourite full english. There is offer of a drink too for extra £1 but have not yet tried it as we have brew making facilities at work. If you are looking for a full english in trafford park, sit in or take away then you cant really go wrong. Friendly staff, very nice tasting and quality, warm fresh food. Thank you all”

“Absolutely brilliant service. I honestly cannot recommend enough. The removal guys arrived, and got the job done in lightning speed. Very pleasant and they were extremely professional throughout. I needed to have my possessions moved/shipped from London to Edinburgh on the same day, and whilst understanding of the difficulties attached to this, everyone involved were nothing short of amazing, so thank you. To say i'm impressed and very grateful is an understatement. Everything was dealt with in a way I can only describe as 'military precision' and with excellent customer service along the way. Delighted. It made my move a lot less stressful, and once again being totally honest, I didn't expect the level of service I received. Just brilliant, and I will be sure to use you guys again. (I know it sounds a tad over the top, but entrusting my possessions with someone i've never met is a bit daunting, but I have to say it worked out brilliantly). “2 hours delivery, good but be careful to switch off taps and cookers. Due to delivery that is often arriving promptly. in Flats where residents can be busy. A good idea that the Co op needs to text message to make elderly residents aware giving time to switch off appliances before answering the door.”

I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely.
