“As a (relatively) new driver, and a young woman to boot, in the past I have found myself taken advantage of and ripped off by other garages that I've taken my vehicles to. No such worries with Ashbury Service Station, who have looked after me and my cars consistently with good banter and great service. When I needed a coil spring replacing, one place quoted me £145; Ashbury quoted me £60. It was a no-brainer. I've never felt like they've messed me about, not once. We keep going back as the customer service is superb, from Steve on the front desk when booking in and dropping off, to Phil and his team looking after the cars. Good communicators too - they call with updates and deliver on time which is significantly better service than we got from the main dealers and at a better price. “Got a legit receipt, and the service was quick, friendly and professional. I had my car broken into and these guys sorted me out in less than 24hrs. Window looks good as new now, and they cleaned all of the inside which was covered in glass - couldnt use my seat belt or move my chair and glass was all inside the door. All works perfectly again. “Not used these lovely guys for a couple of years because I get a staff discount at Halfords Autocentres BUT I highly recommend Craven - I used them for years and they're always in my choice list if I don't use work's garage - I was once quoted over £2000 for a car repair and was told "You'll never get it through another MOT as it's engine's tired unless you pay minimum £2000" ....... I took it to Craven and they fixed it and MOTd it for £200! It then passed another 7 MOTS but they were totally honest with me when it really was time for the car to go when they could easily have fleeced me because they knew I loved my car. I actually feel guilty that I don't use them any more but with car repairs having a 25% at my own company's garages is a no-brainer but I still recommend Chris and the rest of the excellent staff at Craven to everyone ------- I do miss giving Squirrel the dog a cuddle too. In a nutshell - a good, honest, family run garage who have a fantastic local reputation for their work and their honesty.”

“Please ignore all negative reviews because Mr Javed and his team work very hard and always help. The place gets very busy so if you wait for the car to be fixed you could be waiting a while depending on what you need done. People want things done straight away so just bare with them. If you go to the main dealer or another garage you get charge £50 minimum just to look at the car. I have always used Mr Javed and always will. Cheers Lads Marco”
