"If I could give 0 stars I would. Costumer service is horrendous. I went to buy a bulb which they charged a whopping £47 for which didn’t even include installation. When I went to another shop just down the road to get it installed I found the very same item for £30 and installation for free. Straight after I went back for a refund and was told that a refund would not be honoured as it was “company policy” Had this been stated to me upon sale I would’ve been hesitant in purchasing. When I said this to him, he said he was unable to tell every costumer about policies? As a company, if you have policy’s in place for specific items, this should be mentioned upon sale of item otherwise how is your costumer meant to be aware of it? I feel I have been treated very unfairly by the “acting manager” (Rafi) who rudely wouldn’t reason with me and even had the nerve to say I wasn’t listening to him when in actual fact he had no response to any of my questions apart from it was customer policy.. avoid this money hungry shop at all costs!!!!"
