They have just started serving breakfasts and other freshly cooked food. The quality and presentation are perfect. Sarah, the chef, does an excellent job. The prices are also very reasonable. Lily and Shannon also provide friendly and helpful service. Coffee Vibe is a long awaited addition to our locale.”

This weekend I purchased Guinea pigs and Josh could not be more helpful if he tried and not in the way of what can I get you to buy but the welfare of the guinea pig and what it needs. “I placed an order via the website and was contacted by Nicole as the particular item I wanted wasn't available in the quantity I needed. Nicole was great and came back with a few alternatives and I settled on one. However when the arrived I realised I had made a mistake with the sizing and needed to look again. Nicole was fantastic, we looked at options again and she arranged for me to call into the Bradford store and make an exchange. She arranged for the items to be put toone side for me and agreed a time for me to collect with Saeed in store. My husband ended up going to make the exchange and they were all very helpful in store and make the switch, there was a small difference in price (in my favour) which I said I wasn't bothered about as it was my error but I have seen that I have received a refund for the difference. Nicole has also followed up and made sure that all went smoothly in store. The items I have are all as described on the website and all excellent value. Along with that Nicole and the staff in store have provided the best customer service I have had since before Covid which seems to have become the best excuse for poor service. Thank you so much Nicole for your patience and efforts to make sure I went away a happy customer - you definitely achieved that!”
