"I went to get a coffee yesterday and whilst waiting in the queue, the cashier was serving a family if 6/7 with the smug face like she shouldn't be working there or she is better than the customers. When it was my turn I tried to make her smile to give her the benefit of doubt but nope she is smug, honey you work in a coffee shop, smell the coffee and wake up."

"A big shout out to staff member Hayley, an absolute star. I had purchased my drink and which subsequently fell as I was running towards the platform to catch my train. Whilst I had a few minutes to spare I chanced going back to purchase another. Not only did this staff member provide me a replacement drink promptly but did not charge me for the same. I was able to catch my train on time and this is thanks to this staff member in particular. Keep up the good work Hayley."
