"I'm currently undergoing hypnotherapy with Shirley for health anxieties and tinnitus. She has guided me through several (very relaxing) hypnotherapy sessions to 'speak' to my subconscious and release trapped negative thoughts and feelings. I've also explored parts-therapy to isolate the various parts of who I am, how one influences the other and how I can take control of their interactions. We've also touched on EFT as a tool to help release the overwhelming feelings of anxiety. Shirley has a clear passion, depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in the subconscious mind and this plays out in the range of techniques she has taught me. I'm certainly feeling more in control of how I react and respond to my emotions and understanding why my mind works the way it does and how I can influence it. On top of the regular face to face sessions I have been having, Shirley has also been checking in with me over text and social media, she has shared articles and various other tools with me to help support my journey and sent me several audio sessions so that I have a number of resources available to me that I can use at any time. I highly recommend Shirley to anyone who has/is struggling with anxiety and who wants to feel that they are being proactive in their approach to recovery. I am still on my journey but feeling more confident and empowered with each session."
