She has a great understanding of anatomy and physiology of the face and I always trust her judgement in what I need to harmonise my facial features and not look too overdone. I see too often people focusing on one area eg:lips and the whole face looking uneven as it hasn't been addressed holistically which is something jayne is brilliant at. She is a genius in her trade and will always be honest with me about what I do and don't need to look my best. She is a pleasure to be around to and I always come out feeling better both physically and spiritually. Woukd highly recommend."

"I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Jayne is so accommodating and she is so knowledgeable about all of the treatments, she explains everything so well and knows what suits you/is best for you. She fully understands the anatomy and puts your mind at rest. Being a nurse already puts her above any “beauty salon”, but she really is brilliant, I totally trust her. She won’t take your money unnecessarily either unlike many other places - I once asked her for Botox and she told me I don’t need it, so I’ve not had that yet lol. If you’re in two minds then just go for it, I promise you’ll not regret it."

"I have thought carefully about whether to leave this review as I appreciate that every business is doing its best. But I’m so annoyed by my experience that I do want to share. My first experience with Jayne was for fillers and Botox. The fillers were really lumpy and I went back to resolve but Jayne said there was nothing wrong so I had to go to another clinic to resolve the issue who noticed the problem straight away. I decided not to use For fillers but go back because the botox was good. I arranged appointment for Botox and skinny pen. Jayne had not ordered the skinny pen. Jayne cancelled last minute because it was school sports day and she had forgot. When I attended the appointment she had not ordered the skinny pen so arranged to come back. This appointment was rearranged by Jayne as the order had not arrived. Fair enough. Rearranged for a day later in the week. Jayne messaged me as I’m stood outside the clinic because she was too hot and had to go home and had a ‘red face’. What an unprofessional service. I’m so annoyed that I left work and wasted my time for someone who runs a service like this. Jayne is a nice woman and her prices are good but that doesn’t mean that it is worth being messed around constantly or wasting your money on poor fillers."
