I had a phone call with Dave Milsom, their auction specialist, apart from being great fun and friendly, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. The item was collected, packed, dispatched and delivered exactly to schedule. On opening the box I was amazed, the Lladro piece was in a foam mould and bubble wrap. “The whole experience of Greengate is excellent. From booking a viewing, moving and asking for help when it’s needed. All staff members have been friendly and helpful. They are always there when needed for help and advice. I don’t think I’ve had to wait more an hour to get a response from and email or a maintenance request. Staff were helpful when helping with my moving van when we moved in, helping us with parking spaces and quick access to the building. The gym is excellent and they have a great 24hr concierge, who again, have kind and helpful staff at hand to help. One thing that I’ve found quite cool is everything is managed through the free GreenGate app. Messages, maintenance requests, gym bookings amongst many other things are all done through the app. Simple and convenient. Does the job. I have rented in many places around the country in my life and the GreenGate experience has been my best by far.”

“I don’t usually have any problems picking up the items I ordered online at this store and I come here regularly. However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Well done guys you should be proud of your team especially the lad who got it all sorted for me.”

It really is disgusting the bad smell every morning and then breathing it also not good for health. Strange that no one has ever protested about this.
