The receptionist is always helpful and polite, she even remembers all my kids by name. The reception area and the treatment rooms are very clean and well-maintained. “We dropped by here for lunch arriving at 12 noon. Already this venue was popular but had plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. There were plenty of staff who were friendly knowledgable and created a good atmosphere. A real highlight from the kitchen was the Gluten Free Menu. It was extensive and included a gluten free version of the majority of the main menu. In addition to the GF menu there was a vegan menu and they also catered for those avoiding specific allergens. An excellent GF beer was also available. It was a real pleasure to eat & drink here and we will be visiting again soon.”

It’s a really chilled coffee shop, which is nice to come and grab a coffee and if you wanted many different cake selections. “We stayed in this hotel for one night, we got their about 11am wanted to leave our luggage there and go to Trafford centre. The helpful women on reception said she can allocate us a room already which was great. The room was clean, plenty of room for the night, modern, everything you need. We used the facilities at night swimming sauna rooms and hot tub, they was all lovely and clean, felt like it was really worth the money We paid. Surprised it’s only a 3 star could easily pass for a 4 star. Everyone is helpful n friendly. Had food at night and drinks average price for a hotel and nice food. Had football on the tv. No noise during the night. Breakfast was lovely, possibly the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, nice and clean. Food was fresh and warm. Lots of selection of food n drinks. Staff shown us around as it was our first time. Never too busy in the breakfast room either. Overall nice stay, would definitely come again. Thankyou”

“Woodcroft Vets in Handforth have been amazing since day one for our Romanian rescue. They offered us regular social visits (at no additional cost to the yearly payment) so he could get used to the environment and the staff on hand, and seeing him develop relationships has really helped him settle. The times we have had to call for assistance, the staff have been knowledgeable and helped us where required. A particular mention to Alex, who has been unbelievable in her support, care, advice and assistance throughout the first year of Carlo’s time with Woodcroft. If it wasn’t for her guidance, we would have had much more difficulty with finding the right fit for Carlo. Lastly, the pricing for the vets is very good, especially if you take out the yearly plan, which has a lot of essentials that individually would have been more costly. We can’t recommend them enough, and thanks as always for your help and support!”
