"First time at Neros , although I'm not keen on the aftertaste of the coffee that's just my personal taste . The texture of the latte was gorgeous and the coffee tasted nice as I say it was just the after taste for me . Loved the shop and atmosphere. Staff were really nice ."

"No vegan lunch options :( Literally nothing in the fridge. Just an overpriced, small sausage roll on the counter and sometimes there's a croissant. But no sandwich or toastie or something. It's all animal products."

"This the most disgusting coffee shop I have ever visited. This is due to the fact that this coffee shop allows dirty dogs in, which makes you want to puke your coffee out when you see them. It’s horrible. Why would you allow dogs in a coffee shop? Where is the hygiene? Absolutely revolting. Would never visit this store again. The staff were rude too. They don’t even clean and dry the trays properly. Our coffee was served on a tray drenched with water with looked yuck. The shop is old and tacky and in dire need of refurbishment. Only good thing is the Caramel Latte is nice."
