“We were in the area and booked last minute for Sunday lunch. We were recieved with a warm welcome, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Sunday menu has a fabulous options from a variety cuisines. The food was excellent, a 10/10 per course. I will definitely return. Thank you.”

“Great place to have a couple of drinks and play pool/snooker. They often show football games too. Definitely worth getting a membership if you go there a couple of times as you get this discounts am a number of things. Prices are for and the food offered is good quality too. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had the most amazing bacon & egg butties this week. The service was excellent, the staff welcoming and the pub itself is clean and cosy. “Visited Coast for lunch today and was greeted by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to our lovely table in the conservatory part of the restaurant. Drinks were served very quickly which was good. Water was served as an addition without asking. We shared a pate starter followed by Risotto and a Pizza. The staff were very attentative and could not do enough.”

“Had a meeting and lunch here. The meeting room was very spacious, the tech all worked and there are plenty of plugs. Tea and coffee provided, along with some biscuits. Staff very helpful throughout. The lunch was nice too, not too pricey for quality food, had the seabass, calories printed on the menus which is very helpful. Pint of MPA on cask was in perfect condition!”

“We booked a reservation for the Sunday lunch and needless to say the food was amazing, tasty and seasonal veg crunchy. Stayed overnight in one of the corner rooms, which was nice and clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly, cocktails were excellent. Thank you.”

“I had a work conference at this place. Beautiful building and very open grounds. Room was nice and modern but I heard they have some older looking ones too. Staff were helpful, friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. A bit pricey but I'd probably go again.”

“Visited the Five ways for an afternoon buffet following a funeral. The bar staff were attentive and professional, dealing with the initial rush quickly. I've not been in this pub for 40 years or more and was pleasently surprised how smart and comfortable the place had become.......the buffet was the usual fare but tasty and varied. Altogether a great venue”

“We just had a 3 day , 2 night family gathering here for 12 people and 4 dogs. We received exceptional treatment, nothing was too much trouble. We all had afternoon teas which were absolutely amazing, and we had lovely evening meals too. The rooms were all lovely and clean, and the hotel had a really nice atmosphere. The staff (in particular Sean & Loraine.) Have wonderful customer service skills, and make you feel very special. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, its A true hidden gem.”

““Utterly Gorgeous” - great menu, strong flavours presented with exquisite perfection. We take of our hats to a great young waitress “Alysson” who was really on the ball, eyes everywhere, ready to pre-empt the needs of her diners! We were very impressed. Pity the managers present didn’t show the same attention to their guests & were noticeably absent for most of the evening until a special guest arrived & they both showed keeness to impress. Sad that they might have been trying to impress the wrong guest!! The duck was lovely, the plaice was minimalistic at best and though tasty failed to satisfy. It was good to visit a restaurant experienced in the handling & drinking of champagne. Their prices were not extortionate & it was good to be served the bubbles into champagne flutes. Note to management: champagne pours better into chilled glasses...ours were hot-to-touch!!”

“Amazing food and lovely staff. Had a little mix up with the order so I messaged them on Facebook and they responded straight away and dropped the correct food off really quickly. Mistakes happen but its the way people deal with them that makes or breaks the experience and the service from Cabin 22 was great and quick! We will definitely be ordering from there again.”
