“Fantastic - had a terrible experience (for over year) with my local Lloyds Pharmacy - so decided to switch to Wilmslow Rd Pharmacy that was recommended by a friend. Switching could not have been easier, it took a minute and I was ready to go. Two days later I went to pick up my prescription which took a few minutes (not nearly an hour) and the staff were pleasant and professional. What a delight to find a proper pharmacy again. “We had a bit of hassle due to late delivery. But Pets Purest have since offered a refund on delivery. So this is a edited review based on the product. I purchased the pets purest eye drops and have to say they are absolutely fantastic and much cheaper than costly vet treatment. My dog had been suffering with gunky eyes. We have used the product twice and it seems to of cleared his eyes up already. Thank-you Pets Purest and sorry for the hasty negative review. I will purchase from you again.”

“Great team and organisation. They offer delivery and help keep me updated with my medication. I wish they had a facility that allows patients to message them with a query online and they can get back to us. This will save us time on the off chance the line is busy or if it's busy in store. It will also allow the team to look into the background before discussing the query, which again helps save time and explanation. Overall a good pharmacy. “Woodcroft Vets in Handforth have been amazing since day one for our Romanian rescue. They offered us regular social visits (at no additional cost to the yearly payment) so he could get used to the environment and the staff on hand, and seeing him develop relationships has really helped him settle. The times we have had to call for assistance, the staff have been knowledgeable and helped us where required. A particular mention to Alex, who has been unbelievable in her support, care, advice and assistance throughout the first year of Carlo’s time with Woodcroft. If it wasn’t for her guidance, we would have had much more difficulty with finding the right fit for Carlo. Lastly, the pricing for the vets is very good, especially if you take out the yearly plan, which has a lot of essentials that individually would have been more costly. We can’t recommend them enough, and thanks as always for your help and support!”

“I love coming here with my little one! The food offered is really thoughtfully made for babies and children. They offer a variety of dishes such as a snack plate (containing cut fruits and veg, breadstick, raisins etc) and also a 'hidden veg' pasta which is a great success with my LO. The staff are soooo friendly and kind - they always stop for a chat and are a real pick-me-up if I've had a tough day with LO. The cafe is sectioned into different play areas for LO's to play safely while you wait for your coffee. Highchairs are provided and the tables are always clean. This is such a safe and caring environment for mums, dads, grandparents and kids!”
