"Staff were very rude when asked to check a price on an offer (£1.85 for limited edition pringles, marked in big bold letters on a special display unit, came up as £2.00, which might seem trivial, however, it is against the law to display a price and not sell an item for that price, even if the label says in small print the offer ended 08/03/2023, which is nearly a month ago, but the display casing saying the offiler is £1.85 is still there) that didn't come up on the self-service tills, even used the phrase "not my problem", well if someone who works on a supermarket's customer service desk isn't responsible for sorting out a wrong price, who is? This employee was so engrossed in a conversation with another colleague that it took her a good 15 seconds to acknowledge there was a customer waiting, shocking!"

"I used to be a regular shopper in this store.. However over the last 3-4 years the store has changed a lot & not for the better...Has bulk buy/ "when it's gone it's gone" shelves..resembling a discount store & based on image/reputation not befitting for a Sainsbury's Store.Very small number of staff/workers.For a store of its size not much choice/wide range of items , I know it is located in a student area , but it used to have a wide range of items.. What is going on with the bill/receipt thing to exit the store , What happens if they don't have what I want ? Or I don't take my receipt from the self checkout (as a lot of people don't)..Stores should make it easier to shop/browse look round for purchases. I think they are going to lose a lot of regular & older customers.. if they haven't already"

"Gone downhill over the last couple of years. Far less choice of products and always gaps on the shelves. I'm shopping there less and less. Used to be able to get something different there but all my favourite products are disappearing. Aimed at local students rather than permanent locals!"

"Bit disappointing when I visited approx one week ago. No regular cow's milk on sale. Nearest dairy alternative was goats milk which always tends to be at a higher price point. Lots of absences on the cereal aisles. Huge student customer base, so maybe I visited at the wrong time of day (weekday evening after work), but still would expect a better array of produce. Not sure if Brexit & staff shortages are contributing to low stock?"
