Dr Akhtar was very professional and put him at ease. He was very thorough and got straight to the problem which was a slipped disc on the sciatic nerve. After the initial consultation my husband went back for a spinal injection. He found it was better to have a few days rest off work to enable recovery. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding.
