“I’ve just worked out that I’ve been a patient at Altrincham Dental Practice for over 45 years! And I don’t live in the area any longer, but am happy to travel. Surly, this speaks for itself. The Practice has evolved over the years. But the service remains the same, namely consistently very good and the team are always very caring. I decided to write this post today, as I had a slight pain in my gum yesterday evening and I noticed that a crown had become lose. I phoned the surgery this morning and an appointment was scheduled for early afternoon. All sorted. Now that’s good service! Thanks to Dr Hashim and the team!”

“I saw Richard Saxton for a chronic pain in my achillies. 2 visits, with massage and exercises: clear concise instruction, both written and verbal to do at home were realistic & adapted for my ability - I now no longer require pain relief & can walk the dogs pain free & even manage a few hills. A follow up call to review my progress was also appreciated. The clinic was clean & well equipped. Would highly recommend.”

“I have used Autotechnic since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Coincidentally, we own 2 Audi’s and having a German car specialist on our doorstep was way too good an opportunity to turn down so we gave them a go. What we didn’t realise at the time was that Steve & Andy run such a top garage and we have not been anywhere else since. We use them for all servicing and all repairs for our cars, I actually rate them better than the Audi garages. They are really knowledgeable and have the diagnostic equipment required for Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Mini’s. They also undercut the dealership garages so the work is always great value. Above all, they are so honest and care about their customers & community - on numerous occasions I’ve personally had them take care of an issue that turned out to be minor and they have refused to take any money. A top group of people - I highly recommend.”

“I visited Sand for the first time today after a pretty awful experience at another salon. Linda got my hair back to the exact colour I was after and she was so lovely! The gentleman who dried and straightened my hair afterwards was also lovely (so sorry I forgot your name!). “Is it the pasta or the sauce? Set aside any fears of school dinner Mac and cheese, Sugo is on a different level altogether. Having lucked out on getting a table after 2 years of living nearby, I relished the chance to review them. The space is warm but snug. Large parties will struggle especially with COVID restrictions. Not an issue in summer, but a possible one in Winter. They’re dog friendly as they have some seating outside, so please specify this when booking. Onto the primi piatti! Expect luscious pasta cooked to the correct side of al dente. It seems to inhale the sauces that make use of the starch and premium stock in lieu of cream. All making for a far more palatable meal. And the sauce. The term does not do the flavours and texture justice. The melange of spices and components be they vegetarian or not, are sublime. Just a taste of the seafood pasta alone conveyed everything in one bite. Not to be outdone, their beverage selection is nothing short of brilliant. The chinotto brought back fond memories of Kinni cola. Sadly I did not have time to partake of dolce but will endeavour to do so next time.”
