The lift took us to our floor and our room was straight in front of it. So not far to walk. Great parking facilities as well.”

“Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. They really looked after my mother in law who is on oxygen due to pulmonary fibrosis. Food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming, friendly and fun. The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. “Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”

“First visit this Saturday to Rawtenstall in years. What a nice and busy town it is. Little old fashioned market stalls. Plenty of places to sit down. Had a pizza and coffee in the La Turka Bistro and can recommend it. Beautiful clean eatery and toilets, friendly efficient staff, lovely decor and most important, very good food. Their lattes are under £3 which is unusual these days. I will definitely go there again. Pity my once lovely home town of Accrington has now nothing to recommend it.”

“I’ve been coming to Rambo’s for around 3 years Since Stephen took over. I’ve had tattoo’s from several shops but I keep coming back here. This shop and in particular Stephen is an under appreciated advocate for tattooing. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with coming here with the unique decor (real stuffed tiger included) and with the shops friendliness and professionalism. I would recommend this shop all day long.”

And the staff are really friendly and attentive. Their service definitely worth more than 5 stars. Everything is great except the baby chicken and the cod fish is a bit salty for me.”

“TLDR: Great food and atmosphere - Recommend! My wife and I visited for an impromptu date night. This is not our first visit and we knew what to expect. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, as expected. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, as expected. We had garlic bread and olives as our starters, and Margarita Pizza and Pasta Bolognese as our main courses. Every dish was perfectly cooked and the portion sizes were very generous. We both left feeling very happy that we had enjoyed a fantastic meal in a lovely restaurant, and I have nothing else to say except stop reading, and go and eat. NOW!”

“We ordered from the Valentine's set menu and it was great. Chipotle chicken to start with, followed by sirloin steak and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food was lovely. Ordered my steak medium well and it came more on the medium side but it was rectified. The strawberry twist drink is a must for the non drinkers! Our waitress was superb. She was attentive, polite, engaged in conversation with us and overall amazing at her job. This is why we return to Wilmslow.”

“I came here for my hen do last night and had a fantastic night. The food is fabulous, lost of delicious and authentic dishes and excellent value for money. The entertainment is fabulous and I broke my shoe while dancing around the room. They waiter even fixed it up for me before we left. His sense of humour was also great as he joined in with our hen do activities at times. Would highly reccomend.”
