“Dr Lindsay Beardsworth has changed my life. I’ve been putting my back issue off for close to 2 years. It was hindering my sports, health and sleep. After the first 15 minute session my back was improved so dramatically it was nothing less than a minor miracle. I could move freely and without pain and for the first time in two years have a full night sleep. I now go once monthly though my own choice to ensure that nothing returns. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you”

“The atmosphere is great, drink prices are incredible, best you'll find anywhere. Spend a lot of time in this place! Only down side is the food, although still good, it's not quite as good as it used to be. Still five star though!”

“I'm currently on the 100 hour TIY training. It's a very intense, in-depth course and very well thought through. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. Thanks to all teachers for a very valuable course and their compassion and support throughout the course. I will take what I've learned not just into my TIY sessions but all my modalities. I can highly recommend this course.”

“Manchester has a new authentic Italian restaurant in the form of Capri’s Cucina Italiana on King Street - it’s a family owned restaurant that provides true quality with the freshest of ingredients The flavours were absolutely delicious and our favourites were the baked aubergine & potato gnocchi. Not forgetting the nutty chocolates they make in-house that were the beautiful ending that we didn’t need and thoroughly enjoyed”

“Factory Coffee is a cozy and simple coffee in Manchester. The location is good and the design of the coffee shop is gorgeous and lovely. You can enjoy a good time there. I’m quiet agree it’s the best coffee in Manchester. The coffee tasted rich, sweet and smooth. If you want to try the cakes there, remember to visit earlier. So sad for me couldn’t try the cake because I visited late. All sold out ;( I will come early next time xoxo”

“Overwhelmingly positive experience. Got recommended a rare wine from Uruguay that was the best wine I’ve tried. The meat variety and quality is ridiculously good, the waiters keep coming to offer new cuts of meat with a span of minutes until you stop them, and trust me you will. I was there for 2 and a half hours and ate all I could, nobody rushed me and the service is 10/10. I would highly recommend this place either for a date, going out with friends or family. It’s great for any case. I’ll have to fast for a day after this, but worth it!”

“Came here today with my friend to grab a quick bite and some coffee ! My friend is coeliac and can never find cafés with gluten free bread. Although we know most restaurants can’t guarantee the risk of cross contamination, Katie made a conscious effort to ensure my friends toast was gluten free and prepared separately from mine. I will be returning, great family friendly place to pop by for a quick drink !”
