"(update) we visited again - the food came so so quickly. gnocchi was still as delicious, linguine ai frutti di mare was very flavourful, very seafoody. can safely say the food here are consistently excellent. truly deserves more recognition! (first review) we had a birthday dinner here and were all very happy with our visit! the food were all so delicious; i had the caserecce pasta with prawns and pistachio pesto which was fantastic, it had a really nice bite to it as the pasta were al dente. i tried the gnocchi too, and this was the star dish for me as its creamy tomato sauce was seasoned perfectly for the pillowy gnocchi pieces. the linguine with mixed seafood was excellent too, plenty of mussels on the plate. overall it was such a pleasant dinner, the owner and staff were all great, food were all delicious. highly highly recommend this restaurant! i would visit again."

"Manchester has a new authentic Italian restaurant in the form of Capri’s Cucina Italiana on King Street - it’s a family owned restaurant that provides true quality with the freshest of ingredients The flavours were absolutely delicious and our favourites were the baked aubergine & potato gnocchi. Not forgetting the nutty chocolates they make in-house that were the beautiful ending that we didn’t need and thoroughly enjoyed"
