“I can’t believe I’ve not been before! Always chasing the sun I opted for its neighbour, as a treat to my mother I booked a birthday lunch here. I was pleasantly surprised, quaint courtyard with secluded spots you wouldn’t know you we’re next to a road. For food we tried all of the small dishes (tapas style) super tasty and enough to share. Engaging staff and a quirky interior see for a perfect visit. We will be returning soon”

“Great restaurant for a family meal! We decided to book a table for the night we arrived at a campsite close by since we knew we wouldn't want to cook after setting everything up. Food was excellent and perfect for sharing - me and my son had the hog Mac and cheese which was delicious , and the frickles were particularly awesome! Everything here seems to be generously sized and the desserts were amazing - definitely need to have frozen custard again!”

“We dropped by here for lunch arriving at 12 noon. Already this venue was popular but had plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. There were plenty of staff who were friendly knowledgable and created a good atmosphere. A real highlight from the kitchen was the Gluten Free Menu. It was extensive and included a gluten free version of the majority of the main menu. In addition to the GF menu there was a vegan menu and they also catered for those avoiding specific allergens. An excellent GF beer was also available. It was a real pleasure to eat & drink here and we will be visiting again soon.”

“We hosted our best friends baby shower here a few weeks ago and our experience was amazing! The staff here are really friendly and the manager was very helpful. We was able to use two rooms for a small fee which were beautifully decorated! Everyone had a great time. Will definitely book for more events in the future. Thankyou so much!”

We took our dog with us and she was made very welcome and enjoyed the biscuits they gave her! Would highly recommend and will be visiting to try the Sunday lunch now!”

She suggested the bestest of ales that they had to offer and honestly it just quenched my thirst immediately. A perfect pint poured by perfect staff, and a beautiful pub also! “Nice wetherspoons pub in the middle of Altrincham. We had food and drinks but they messed up the order so only 3 of the 4 meals arrived together. They didn't charge us for the 4th and put it top of the list. It's cheap, simple and tasty fair. It's nicely decorated and was popular when we visited on bank holiday Monday afternoon.”

“Took a visit to this place last night with the girlfriend and 2 kids my kids was slightly noisy but can’t be helped and one left a mess sorry again the food was absolutely incredible and great for the value of money I’d definitely return here as I loved it and the window seat was great for my little lad who’s obsessed with cars and trucks he loved it thankyou”
