The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel
● Open“I have stayed in numerous hotels in Manchester however this is has got to be the best one I have stayed at so far! I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

The food was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are big. Other than Hummas everything was so delicious. I won't recommend Hummas from this place. Very friendly and polite staff. And service was fast as well. No dedicated parking”

The Beaumont Hospital
● Closed“I went to see the bone specialist yesterday after suffering from having wrist pain and pain in my thumb. I was living with this for almost a year. I was refferd to my own doctors for my treatment. But I was told he couldn't do small bones and he refferd me to another hospital. My day came after waiting for a few months. When I arrived at the hospital I was really worried about what would happen. I was seen by the doctor and he asked me to tell him about my wrist. After me explaining everything. He asked me if I would like to have this injection but he called it a medical word. I asked him what was that. I was really nervous. So I said yes please knowing that I was terrified. He asked a nurse to come in. During my treatment I was so terrified the nurse talked to me all through my injection. After it was over with I felt sick and dizzy. Both the doctor and nurse helped me to have a lay down. Everything went away after a few minutes. I was on my way back home just after 4. The doctor was really helpful and explained everything to me. All I have now is my wrist being sore where the needle was put in. I understand that it would take a few days for my injection to start to work. I would like to say thank you to the doctor and nurse who helped me through this yesterday.”

Hilton Manchester Deansgate
● Open“I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.”

Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre
● Open“Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable and quiet despite being pretty busy. What I really appreciated was the fact it appears to have enough staff. Ever since the pandemic we've had to deal with places being understaffed and all the negatives that brings. Here, you don't have to sit and be patient as some under-trained, overworked teenager struggles to accomplish basic tasks. There are enough people and they know what they're doing. They are also friendly in doing it. I'd definitely stay here again.”

Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central - Formerly Jurys Inn
● Open“As an asthmatic and someone who suffers from mild claustrophobia, it’s really important to be able to open the window of hotel rooms that I stay in. This is proving more and more difficult these days as so many hotels have no regard for guests basic need for fresh air. I was delighted that you can open the window in my room at this hotel. In Manchester for a conference, it is even more important to have fresh air when you’ve been inside all day. The rooms were bright, clean and spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time - high, supportive and the right balance of firm and soft. 24 hour room service and a good choice of items at breakfast. I’ll definitely be staying again.,”

Premier Inn Manchester (Heaton Park) hotel
● Open“Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!”

Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel
● OpenThe Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8PG, United Kingdom“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

The Alan Manchester
● Open“As soon as you enter the venue you are welcomed by a lovely relaxing smell which is throughout the building to the rooms. The staff greeted us and let us store our luggage until check in time. We came back after getting lunch at a spot around the corner, early check in was not available. The room was really big - we booked the standard room - and decor was 10/10. Really chic and industrial. Love that you have a fridge in your room and given nice water and coffee/tea selections. We did not dine in the restaurant unfortunately, however it looked and smelled great with a really chilled atmosphere. The only thing I could suggest to enhance our stay would be if there was a 2nd mirror in the room as it was a struggle for us both to get ready together. Also, the kettle was quite an odd choice for the rest of the room being so well decorated... it was just an old black plastic one (just a small point to make but it didn't effect our stay). Will be back. The location was perfectly handy for getting around the city. Right beside China Town and the Gay Village.”
