Manchester Hip & Knee Clinic
● Open“I first met Mr Kim in November 2018 when I started to have extreme pain in my right hip. He discussed all my options with me and carried out a hip replacement in Feb 2019. His care, compassion and professionalism throughout the process and the following 12 months was world class. Mr Kim truly cares about his patients and has a wonderful style of communication that shows he truly understands how you are feeling as his patient. I developed degenerative osteoarthritis in my left hip the following year and he suggested we treat that with steroid injections until such point as surgery was necessary. Mr Kim carried out a hip replacement in February 2022 and this time recommended the robotic option and I am happy to say that as we approach 6 months post-op my new hip is working perfectly. I would highly recommend Mr Kim and cannot end this review without mentioning his amazing secretary, Shabnam, who is friendly, efficient and very caring.”

We are all so grateful for the care and compassion you showed, not only to Kc, but to us too. You have given him the strength to fight back. And we're pleased to say, he is back to his old self! Eating, playing with us and his toys and acting like a 2 year old again! It's his last day of meds today so he will be pleased with that! With him being 15, we weren't quite sure what the outcome would be. But, thanks to you all and Kc's aftercare, we have our family back together and couldnt be happier! Thanks again, we are forever grateful xxx”

ALL staff, with whom I came into contact have been very helpful, with no sign of impatience, when being understandably very busy in their routines. I really cannot fault the professional, caring approach I have received. All my queries have been answered fully, to reassure me. I will always remember my stay, as being a very reassuring experience, at what was for me, a very anxious time in some ways. Thank you all so much.”

Hotel Motel One Manchester-Royal Exchange
● Open“Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”

Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West hotel
● Open“As always, the same high standard as I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was a good base, just a short walk from Spinningfields and the cocktails we had enjoyed earlier in the night. The hotel also had an option to store luggage once we checked out. They asked for a donation for this, which we gladly paid as all the money went to their chosen charity!”

-
Piccolino Caffé Grande, Manchester
● Closed“Ok guys you need to check this, it is a restaurant that has food on the go and yeah, the excellent communication with staff is really helpful to order the food. First, excellent communication to ordering the spaghetti carbonara does taste so good and yeah the sauce is creamy The word for metres is really in flavour the spaghetti is cooked the sauce is creamy and also the bacon is really crispy. Then at the end,We order some dessert that is the chocolate fondant that taste so good that the chocolate is really good and yeah, it’s like those Lava cakes I tasted in Hong Kong. The decoration on the dish and, I mean all dishes is amazing. Really enjoyed and you must also. And about the restaurant, the atmosphere and the lighting is amazing and even the stairs are lighted per step. They give out candles at night because it was late or dark enough outside to low the brightness on lights and use the candles. They also have this bar and I mean multiple bars that is literally a wine garden or heaven or whatever but also, the thing I’m looking for in most restaurants are clean toilets and yes, the toilets are clean. You gotta try it out I recommend it very very much.”
