They have supplied me with a number of appliances over the years -a freezer, washing machines, a cooker, including delivery to a top floor flat (something Currys baulked at doing). Their prices are compatible and often better than John Lewis and they go the extra mile to find spare parts for appliances. My old Kenwood mixer has been kept going because they, and only they, found the spares.I would always use them now rather than a large distributor because of their great customer care.”

We never felt rushed or pressured into make decisions and found Jill’s advice invaluable. The fitting was professional and to a high standard as was the customer service from all members of the team in dealing with inevitable unforeseen queries that every build encounters. We were able to create a bespoke kitchen of an excellent quality and throughout felt as though we were working with a local, family business who really cared about the end product as much as we did. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result.”
