We had already ordered a kitchen through an alternative supplier but as our builder highly recommended them, we thought we would take a look. As soon as we visited the showroom we knew we wanted CKP to supply our kitchen as the quality was far superior than our original supplier. Our experience with CKP was faultless from start to finish and we received a much better kitchen – the type of kitchen we thought we could only dream of and not afford. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and Sean and his team did an exceptional job delivering our project within very tight timelines plus this was all done during lockdown. “We worked with Urban Haus to design and fit our kitchen as part of an extension project. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The initial design stage didn’t take long but then Jill had endless patience in working with us over a period of months to ensure that we were happy with every detail; their showroom was great for us see exactly what we were getting and if something we were considering wasn’t in stock they would order samples. We never felt rushed or pressured into make decisions and found Jill’s advice invaluable. The fitting was professional and to a high standard as was the customer service from all members of the team in dealing with inevitable unforeseen queries that every build encounters. We were able to create a bespoke kitchen of an excellent quality and throughout felt as though we were working with a local, family business who really cared about the end product as much as we did. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result.”

I went here today after being “turfed out” of Dunelm with a 12 week old Dalmatian puppy,,,, I understand stores have policies but Dunelm need to move with the times it’s 2023.. Sofology have dog bowls upon entry, the staff are super friendly particularly Paris and the other lady I think her name is Amanda,, super helpful , super smiley and an asset to the company… I haven’t been in this store before but would highly recommend it,,, furniture is stunning, modern and very reasonably priced…..loved it Staff are super friendly .., would highly recommend”

“We ordered a american lazy boy in April 2022 during a offer that was on, with the understanding to be delivered october. Delivery happened snd following day noticed some damage on the leather at the back. We spoke to customer service who gave us 3 options. Repair, money off or replace. We chose to replace as only had 1 day and was really expensive. They agreed, but as its made elsewhere then it would be january b4 they could replace which we were happy to do. Apart from communication between scs & their drivers, Today 28th Jan. We took delivery of the replacement and could not of gone any smoother. Both driver & mate were exceptional.
