"Fantastic service as usual and stunning arrangement prepared at very short notice. I rang at 10am and flowers were delivered the same day to my mum, thank you so much. Family commented on how beautiful they were."

"Lady was just locking up as I arrived. She reopened and put together a gorgeous bunch of flowers and threw in another bunch for free as they were the last flowers in the shop. Couldn't be happier."

"Used Down To Earth for a wedding, and was really disappointed. We were initially really impressed at our first consultation but by the second (and final) consultation, no notes had been made and we had to remind them what we wanted and what our colour scheme was. Flowers turned up in the morning and were nothing like what we ordered. Colours for the bridesmaid bouquets clashed with their dresses. The bridal bouquet didn't even have the colours or flowers that had been requested. It was a beautiful bouquet, don't get me wrong, but not what we ordered. I feel annoyed when I look back at wedding photos. Also the buttonhole for the father of the bride wasn't delivered with the bouquets so he had to walk down the aisle without one. Just disappointing all round really. When you spend a lot of money and it's a big occasion, it's disappointing not to receive what you requested."
