The attention to detail is next to none and I can’t begin to thank her enough for my new smile - it’s always been my biggest insecurity but not any more! Thanks to the team including the dental nurse Caitlin who was lovely as well as Niall on the desk who was so personable - making sure I was ok at all times! “I visited Sand for the first time today after a pretty awful experience at another salon. Linda got my hair back to the exact colour I was after and she was so lovely! The gentleman who dried and straightened my hair afterwards was also lovely (so sorry I forgot your name!). The salon itself is gorgeous, really peaceful, really clean and exactly what you’d want from a salon. They were amazing over the phone on my first enquiry, and then more so when we called in to book an appt. They made up a gorgeous gift box for my daughter with her appt card as her ear piercing was a Christmas gift - complete with glittery star confetti, tissue and ribbons! They were so knowledgeable, reassuring and patient with my daughter, had a fabulous choice of earrings and she had a full 45 minute appointment to herself in a really lovely lounge area and private upstairs studio complete with all the privacy and mirrors every little girls heart would desire. I was even surprised to find this much nicer experience was no more than I was quoted for the shop window experience Claire’s offers. I’ve witnessed several times now the care they have taken in helping customers, choose jewellery for themselves or as gifts at varying price points and would absolutely make them my first choice for purchases in the future. How fabulous to have such a traditionally customer focused business that really seem to care in our town”

Meeting Mandy and having a look round whilst we decided what we wanted was like meeting a close friend we hadn't seen for years - she is extremely accommodating. and infectiously nice. Within minutes we knew where to get our forever kitchen from. The next stage was the design process which involved Rachel visiting our home and doing a quick assessment and more thorough details on. our wish lists. We later met her in the shop for a coffee and presentation - we were blown away with what she had produced. As a property developer I've visited many showrooms and sat through sever daunting presentations. this entire experience was the complete opposite of any previous experience and one we thoroughly enjoyed.
