“This is in my opinion the Best Dental Practice around. Yes it's a business, but that is medicine and dental care , but set that aside and what you have here is a trustworthy experience . Veenu is the main dentist and he has such a great demeanour and skill. He is well assisted by the second dentist , in this case Anchal. I feel in safe hands that when having a hygienist visit that Anchal has the skill of a qualified Dentist, along with the care and compassion that runs throughout the team. I have never been a fan of the dentist but here it is like returning to a friend who is ready to help you with kindness and compassion Thank you one and all”

Emma her side kick and nurse great team doing a lovely job went for my first check up and needed a filling did not want to leave it to long so I did not panic so Cloe on reception got me squeezed in later that day GREAT !! “I've not been a fan of dentists for many years, however, the dentist Babis has single-handedly changed this view. He's absolutely brilliant. Incredibly calming, keeps you informed of progress (IF you want to know what is going on). Highly professional, and a prime example of a person who is without any doubt doing the job that he was born to do. Just had 2 teeth extracted, without even any discomfort never mind pain. Inevitably I had to have a clean and a few fillings but was impressed with how easy and painless it was. Lisa talked me through the whole process and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. “I have always been a very nervous patient, and not having my regular check ups due to Covid a filling came out recently and I was extremely apprehensive and nervous about making an appointment. Steven and his team were fantastic with me as always, they made me feel comfortable, calm and were extremely understanding. Even from the initial call to make the appointment, the lovely lady on reception was so welcoming and accommodating and made me feel they had missed me. I can not recommend Steven and his team enough, they have always been so good with me and where other dentists have failed to be able to get me to have treatment, they succeed in relaxing me by being very personable, and caring. “Bit late as it was a couple of yrs ago after being butchered by my own dentist. Tried googling as I’ve got the same problem again. (What happened last time - I needed a tooth extraction and due to past experience the dentist I had before always dressed any extractions due to my blood not clotting well. She told me to tell any other dentists in the future so when she left & a new lady started & I needed another extraction I told her n she accused me of trying to tell her how to do her job! She didn’t dress it. Within an hour of leaving I was back in the chair n she put more pain injections to the point my mouth was that swollen my I could hardly breathe. She stocked me up then she left her shift. I was in agony all night! Next day I got an emergency appointment here as mine was closed. The lady here that treated was going mad at the state of me. She cleaned me up, DRESSED the area and within mins the pain started getting better! Never seen the new one from my own dentist again (think she was sacked) - ffward to today. Had another extraction on thurs by new male, I am in a lot of pain, huge lump on side of my face. Took over 18hrs for bleeding to stop despite him putting some type of brown fibre stuff inside. He split my gums a few mm in 5 places & split my lip during extraction. (I’ve had 7 pulled up to now due to complications with health n no fault of my own) so I’m gunna ring these on Monday n hopefully they will look after me as good as last time. (The woman who helped last time was romanian and was absolutely LOVELY with me & very very gentle x”

I've never been to a private dentist before but couldnt reach my NHS dental practice to help with a broken crown/bridge right before Christmas so I called the Bramhall Smile Clinic emergency number. Well what wonderful staff from the receptionist to the dentist and assistant. They put me at ease and assured me that they could help and help they did ! I'm going back to see them in January to get my teeth properly sorted out as I've had a lot of "patching up" done in the past. I was expecting a hefty bill but it was surprisingly reasonable and I'm so impressed I'm going to transfer to the practice.”
