“I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Paul and the team at the Dental Lounge, they are the most professional and lovely team and they have honestly given me so much confidence and a new lease of life. I visited them to have a smile makeover which involved teeth whitening and composite bonding to create a brighter, whiter more even smile and the results speak for themselves - I get compliments almost daily about my smile!! They use the best products which resulted in my teeth going down around 5 shades after whitening. Dr Paul and team talked me through the whole process and were always on hand if I had any questions or needed reassurance. The actual bonding appointment lasted around 3 hours and was honestly a relaxing experience - a testament to the lovely surgery and how at ease the team make you feel! I was so impressed with my experience and treatment at The Dental Lounge I have no become a full time patient there and moved from my old dentist. Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me. “A very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible practice. My dog was treated so gently and kindly, I was worried he was going to be afraid but he loved the vet (Christian) and the tiny treats he was rewarded with. This bit is important (especially if you have a busy life!)! It’s a super easy booking in process, just register your preferred appointment time online (in my case out of hours the night before) which is then confirmed the following morning. It’s very near Tatton park and Knutsford town centre, and has a small car park which is very easy if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. 100% recommended!”

However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. We took our fur baby Dillan at around 3am in an emergency who was in a lot of pain, the male vet that took care of him was so caring and empathetic, and sadly we had to say goodbye to him that night.
