“Not often you really get 5* service but this is our experience over 3 jobs. Our main kitchen has over 30 units and 9 appliances. The design and layout was tricky but they got it right. The supply and installation was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen looks fantastic and is now, the social hub of our home. The quality of fixtures and fittings is excellent and the experience from start to finish was just great. Thanks to Gary and his team, we have a cracking kitchen to enjoy for years to come. Attention to detail has been great, even taking pieces back for a respray where others may have just ploughed on with the job. Not too pushy with sales but very helpful and pointed us into the right direction and not pushy with sales either. He was so helpful, anything he wasn’t sure of he asked a colleague, making sure he gave us the right information. “We ordered a american lazy boy in April 2022 during a offer that was on, with the understanding to be delivered october. Delivery happened snd following day noticed some damage on the leather at the back. We spoke to customer service who gave us 3 options. Repair, money off or replace. We chose to replace as only had 1 day and was really expensive. They agreed, but as its made elsewhere then it would be january b4 they could replace which we were happy to do. Apart from communication between scs & their drivers, Today 28th Jan. We took delivery of the replacement and could not of gone any smoother. Both driver & mate were exceptional.
