Meeting Mandy and having a look round whilst we decided what we wanted was like meeting a close friend we hadn't seen for years - she is extremely accommodating. and infectiously nice. Within minutes we knew where to get our forever kitchen from. The next stage was the design process which involved Rachel visiting our home and doing a quick assessment and more thorough details on. our wish lists. We later met her in the shop for a coffee and presentation - we were blown away with what she had produced. As a property developer I've visited many showrooms and sat through sever daunting presentations. this entire experience was the complete opposite of any previous experience and one we thoroughly enjoyed. “Visited the store to look for curtains (didn't have the size in-store for the style I wanted) and to have some lunch at the cafe, ordered a toasted tea cake (they're massive I only had half, it was enough), a banoffe muffin and of course a hot chocolate, which was all absolutely delicious. The £1 cake with any main offer meant 3 teas, a hot chocolate, two soups, a toasted tea cake and 3 cakes came to just £22!! Brilliant. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

A couple of small bits were sent wrong in delivery but were soon rectified and sent out. Umme was always on hand to answer any questions. We are very happy with our wren kitchen. “I've had my mattress for 3 month. Before I've had it my sleeping efficiency was never above 65% and could never get more than 5 hours of sleep a night. Peter provided no end of advice and guidance during the two years it took to plan and build (our fault!) and worked alongside our excellent building team (Kevin Payne – Northwich) to create a truly lovely kitchen. The quality of components / build is superb and the fit-out team (Kenny + crew) ensured a seamless installation. “We first had Keller Kitchens install a kitchen for us 25 years ago and when we recently moved house, it was still in excellent working order. On moving we needed a new kitchen and without hesitation we chose Keller for the job. Geoff and Danil in the shop are a pleasure to work with and gave great advice and help to design our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, both Geoff and Danil visited us several times both to design and during the installation process. The date to install was set and on that date Andy arrived to start working. The existing units ( though not Keller) were carefully dismantled and very thoughtfully installed into and existing utility room. This took some quite ingenious work on Andy’s part and the result was impressive. At the outset, Danil provided a complete work schedule for the whole installation which set dates for every element. All the tradesmen commissioned by Keller as past of the install ( gas, electrics, plasters) arrived on schedule, did excellent work and left no mess. Andy worked tirelessly at installing the kitchen, often staying late to complete a task. Part way through the installation, we had a change of mind and requested a different sink unit after it had been delivered. Danil didn’t hesitate at the request and the different sink was delivered within 24 hours. We also decided to replace an existing dishwasher very late on a Saturday afternoon, this was delivered by Geoff himself first thing Monday morning. The kitchen is now fully installed and we are very happy with the results. The quality of the units is excellent and certainly represent value for money. Would we recommend Geoff, Danil and Keller Kitchens? Without hesitation if you want an excellent kitchen installed by a very professional team. Many thanks Geoff, Danil and Andy”
