"Brilliant! Lovely lady knew straight away what we were looking for. Someone arrived to measure for stair carpet on day stated and let us know time before hand. Fitter Matt did an excellent job. Thanks"

"We ordered a american lazy boy in April 2022 during a offer that was on, with the understanding to be delivered october. Delivery happened snd following day noticed some damage on the leather at the back. We spoke to customer service who gave us 3 options. Repair, money off or replace. We chose to replace as only had 1 day and was really expensive. They agreed, but as its made elsewhere then it would be january b4 they could replace which we were happy to do. Apart from communication between scs & their drivers, Today 28th Jan. We took delivery of the replacement and could not of gone any smoother. Both driver & mate were exceptional. Thanks to all involved making this on most part a great ecperience. Mr & mrs Frost Offerton Stockport"

"Save your money and go elsewhere. I have never dealt with such appalling service and poor products. Horrible experience with both the store and customer service team. First order was late and left us with no sofa over Christmas, it fell apart in months. Replacement sofa took months to arrive, constant lies about when it was due. Three missed days at work when we were told it would be delivered and no one turned up. Hired K&R as we were told it needed to be broken down to be removed, they didn’t need to break it down and we paid for this service for nothing. New sofa delivered, this one is now falling apart and we have to pay for an assessment to be done to see if it’s the frame despite being told we’d get an extended warranty due to the horrible experience we’d had. Other places may charge more, there is a reason why. AVOID"

"Rated 5 out of 5 stars Michael and Jordan- Perfect Gentleman and Delivery Service from SCS Stockport. Whilst we were waiting for our furniture delivery the delivery drivers called to inform us what time they would be arriving, we also received a text confirmation confirming the time. When Michael and Jordan arrived they were perfect gentleman, they arrived with happy faces and fabulous humour. They worked so hard, fast and caring for our property. They ensured the floor was covered, they double checked that the furniture was fitted together properly, they showed us how to dismantle the settee, should we need to. They ensured all the electrical parts of the chair worked as it should. I have nothing negative to report about Michael and Jordan, they certainly are a credit to the company and work extremely hard and stay positive in attitude in everything they did. Thank you for being so supportive, caring and helpful. Definitely a 5 Star service from them. Dawn & Andy (Romiley)"
