"After paying I realised I was over charged. Aparently one of the items cost more than what it said on the price tag. The guy at the till was friendly but could not give me the difference of the money back. He called who I think was the manager, he never introduced himself, but was rude and made me feel I was loosing his time. Finally I got my money back after a long wait."

"Be aware if you buy and need to return item you probably wont get a refund. I returned a pair of jeans with the price tab missing but I bought with card so thought they could have traced it easy enough but unfortunately the manager was arrogant and told me to keep them with no refund. I have bought quite a lot of cloths in this shop but after that service I won't be back.. I think The manager done me a favour as they are over priced and a very poor selection of cloths:( Will never be back to this shop!!!!!"
