“Small local theatre with good events and reasonable prices. Booked here to go to a panto at Christmas with 10 friends, cost a third of the prices of a panto at the main Manchester theatre. It was camp, funny and everyone loved it. Drinks were relatively cheap for Manchester too.”

The guys working there were friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our time with them a great one. The Sunday roast was amazing! My son in law is vegan and for the first time in ages managed to have a starter and a main course which didn't involved a burger! My sea bream was delicious. They kindly cooked my grandson's main course whilst the adults were on starters. The waiter was excellent and the food was well cooked and very tasty. My grandson would like to know where all the money has gone as he and Daddy went to the toilet in the safe and he couldn't see any cash!”

“I can’t believe I’ve not been before! Always chasing the sun I opted for its neighbour, as a treat to my mother I booked a birthday lunch here. I was pleasantly surprised, quaint courtyard with secluded spots you wouldn’t know you we’re next to a road. For food we tried all of the small dishes (tapas style) super tasty and enough to share. Engaging staff and a quirky interior see for a perfect visit. We will be returning soon”

Definitely worth getting a membership if you go there a couple of times as you get this discounts am a number of things. Prices are for and the food offered is good quality too. “Lived in the area for over a year and finally visited the restaurant on Friday evening. It was fantastic. We got the 3 course deal which I think was around £22 ( £18 for 2 course). Fantastic food and the service was brilliant. Very warm and attentive staff and the atmosphere was lovely. Nice high ceilings. Lobster bisque ravioli was 10/10 and the pavlova for dessert was the best I've ever had. We walked out with high praise and can't wait to return.”

“Fantastic place to enjoy a bite to eat with beautiful views, delectable dishes and wonderful and upbeat staff. Well worth a visit and right on the canal, a gem on the outside of the village. If you're travelling by car there's not much parking so try to find somewhere nearby or park in the village and walk down the canal. The were a good selection of choices available on the menu including a comprehensive number of drinks to choose from all for reasonable prices. It appears to be a popular destination but they do have plenty of tables so you may have a short wait but it's worth it. Outside by the canal most of the seating is for 2 people but there are a couple of tables for bigger groups on the side and out front. Inside there are plenty of tables, upstairs has great views. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. We will definitely be returning!”

Excellent value for money, he had the Big Set Breakfast and I had the Skinny Breakfast and we both swapped out an item and replaced it with extra hash brown/poached egg, (which were poached to perfection). Felt covid safe, temperature taken on arrival, hand sanitizer, tables well spaced out. Will definitely go back, especially as they have breakfast and drinks loyalty cards.”

“This place was recommended to me by my client as I was over from ireland on work. First time ever having Palestinian food. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I was welcomed warmly by the waitresses and the lady took time to explain the dishes to me and recommend one. The food was absolutely heavenly I have never tasted flavours like that which complimented each other so well. The humous was silky smooth with subtle hints of spice and garlic through it. The bread it was served with was warm which was an excellent touch to the dish. I ordered the Chicken dish and it was succulent tender and the meat fell off the bone. I cannot recommend this place highly enough or explain the flavours in a way that will do it justice you have to try it to understand”
