Teaching kids and adults classes with the focus on self defence, fitness and becoming mentally the best person you can be. Best decision we've made as a family was to bring our son along. He was shy, had emotional issues and lacked any confidence. Two and a half years on he's British and European Kickboxing Champion and Qualified for 3 England teams this year. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“One of the few places that a had 22" tyre ready in stock at 5.30 pm very reasonable price of £115 fitted when other places were quoting £300+ Initially offers to do a puncture repair for £15 but the tyre was un repairable as the car had been driven on no air (see pic) Highly recommended & will use again they also offer 24/7 emergency call out if needed”

It means that we are also safe in the knowledge if at any point our current cleaner chooses to change hours or just go on holiday for a few weeks, they will be able to source an equally professional and wonderful cleaner quickly - taking the pressure of us needing to look for a stop gap.
