Teaching kids and adults classes with the focus on self defence, fitness and becoming mentally the best person you can be. Best decision we've made as a family was to bring our son along. He was shy, had emotional issues and lacked any confidence. Two and a half years on he's British and European Kickboxing Champion and Qualified for 3 England teams this year. Having had a boiler older than me grandad, I had reached out to this company as I have had few friends who have had excellent experience with them. Adam came to my home, explained everything thoroughly, installed the new boiler, and went over literally everything with the smart thermostat and the boiler itself. “Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later! The consultant dr dixit couldn't of been more helpful if he tried, advice was given and actioned and has resulted in a new treatment path for my child. I'm extremely greatful for the talk and outside clinical point of view which was very much needed. I will certainly be back if we need any kind of assessments in the future. Arrived early but they saw me straight away. Inspected tyres and great news told me they could both be repaired. In and out in an hour for 2 tyres. What a result. “Excellent pool and facilities with friendly staff. Also had a gym, steam room and sauna plus a jacuzzi. All sessions need to be booked in advance via the Better UK app and you can either pay per session or take out a membership. Memberships are very reasonably priced and are flexible with only a one month notice to pause or cancel should you need to. Overall, definitely recommended to help improve your fitness, chill out or train.”
