“Needed to find somewhere to drink before a meal. Saw a small sign outside that said £4 Pilsner Urquell from a Beer Tank and 2-4-1 cocktails until 8pm (including Saturdays!), So we were intruiged to say the least. Went down the stairs and the cocktails on offer were really and surprisingly great. Great aesthetics in the venue too, seemed like it had good potential for an evening DJ set too, but we didn't stay long enough to find out. Very surprised this place isn't bustling on a Saturday, definitely worth checking out if you find yourself in the Northern Quarter.”

We also ordered some mac and cheese along with truffle gnocchi and it was really nice. The staff were amazing, our waiter was super friendly and interactive with us. Outstanding service and experience overall. Will definitely be returning.”

“Just visited for the first time since the new landladies took over, what a difference! Lovely atmosphere, fabulously friendly staff at the bar and the food was amazing. Mixed grill cooked perfectly for him, pie week special of the best cheese and onion pie for me. Both meals piping hot, freshly cooked, and the chips were perfect. “When where flying from Manchester Airport we always stay at Best Western Pinewood Hotel & this place is about 10mins walk down the road. Its an excellent place to get really nice food, they have an extensive menu plus there's always the carvery to choose from, the staff are always very friendly everytime we have been in & have a very large outdoor play area for children”
