“Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently. “Fantastic customer service! I was looking for a certain colour and style of shorts I'd seen earlier that day browsing. The store assistant went out of his way to find 3 different shorts similar to what I described. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was working the Tuesday shift around 6-7, either way kudos to him. Everyone in the store was lovely, including the cashier. Will defintely shop again.”

“I was extremely excited to receive my shipment today because I did a load of shopping for myself. I love that all the clothes I ordered are true to size and fit perfectly. The quality of the clothing is also great! I was saddened to open one of the bags only to receive the incorrect pants. I opted to live chat with someone in order to fix this issue. Emma was extremely accommodating and helpful. We quickly resolved the issue and not only do I not have to return these pants, they're also shipping me the correct ones. I would definitely buy from them again when I need a shopping fix!”

“I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious. Now speaking, all of the piercings are healing very well and she did reassure us that we could pop back in store if we had any further questions. Plus its much cheaper than anywhere else in The Trafford Centre!”

“Excellent service today at the Seymore Grove store. The staff were very helpful when i found out my product had been discontinued and they advised me on alternatives.I ended up leaving with more than id bargained for but am very happy with my purchases and they even helped me set up my reward card too. I have beens visiting this store for a long time and prefer the community feel of it more than the city centre and shopping malls. The staff are friendly and helpful and even cheered me up. Cherelle and Natalie are brilliant employees and are a credit to Superdrug.”
