"The sale assistant was extremely helpful and advised to buy the size down of the leather jacket I was looking at which has turned out to be the perfect fit. I don't know her name but everytime I put on my jacket it brings back a fond memory of the experience, I don't think even iron man's suit would be as good fit as this jacket was well done ma'am you have my entire gratitude"

"Went Christmas shopping on Tuesday 19 th November to be told by three members of staff in store that I could get 30% off for black Friday if I rang the customer services number this weekend and wrote the number on my receipt ,which I did and was told false information ,I can not get this 30% discount and they were told by there manager the wrong information,this is false advertising and I was not happy at all .wouldn't shop here again ."
