“The best person to leave your dog with! I can’t say enough good things about Debby and how great she has been at looking after my puppy George. He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don’t have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby’s reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it’s another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby’s house is it’s George’s second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn’t recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!”

“After taking our 18month very lively boxer dog to see Glyn for only 2 lessons so far, the results have been amazing!!! Glyn is showing us how to keep our dog engaged and be in control. Glyn has an amazing way of making our dog want to learn and listen, skills he is very patiently trying to pass to us. We all love the lessons and come away with new skills to practice each time. After having a puppy during lockdown, with no way of meeting new people in his first year, Glyn has been absolutely brilliant with his over excitement issues. I truly cannot rate Cheshire Dog services enough. I am looking forward to our next lesson!!!!”

Help from the start with type of appointment whether it be phone consultation or f2f, never have to wait more than a few days for a face to face appointment and never feel rushed when talking to the doctor. Other clinics should take the example of how this practice is run. Excellent service, thank you”

Julian Leiner-Parry put me at my ease straight away and he went to great lengths to preserve the tooth, after I had been told at another practice that it would have to come out. “At the start of my Invisalign process, I had to have both of my top wisdom teeth removed. I was super nervous about it! However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team! I'm so glad I joined the practice and so excited that I'm on my Invisalign journey with them.”

“Vets Now were extremely helpful at our time of need. We took our fur baby Dillan at around 3am in an emergency who was in a lot of pain, the male vet that took care of him was so caring and empathetic, and sadly we had to say goodbye to him that night. The whole ordeal was made that bit easier on us, as we knew he was in good hands. We can't thank you guys enough. These vets really care about the animals in their care.”

“Woodcroft Vets in Handforth have been amazing since day one for our Romanian rescue. They offered us regular social visits (at no additional cost to the yearly payment) so he could get used to the environment and the staff on hand, and seeing him develop relationships has really helped him settle. The times we have had to call for assistance, the staff have been knowledgeable and helped us where required. A particular mention to Alex, who has been unbelievable in her support, care, advice and assistance throughout the first year of Carlo’s time with Woodcroft. If it wasn’t for her guidance, we would have had much more difficulty with finding the right fit for Carlo. Lastly, the pricing for the vets is very good, especially if you take out the yearly plan, which has a lot of essentials that individually would have been more costly. We can’t recommend them enough, and thanks as always for your help and support!”

I commented on how nice she was and another customer turned to me and he said "you don't get service like that anymore, do you?" Sharon said "I always try to be super nice because you never know what people are going through and how they might want to see a smile" I felt like crying. Crying with emotion because my life is hard and a smile means the world to me. Thank you Sharon. Shame you can't go to head office and train other Superdrug teams how to deliver exceptional service. I won't be going to another store. I don't live near but I will detour here.”
