That same day, they managed all the paperwork and publicity. Their attitude was totally more dynamic, positive and constructive than our previous experience. The house sold very quickly. “It's quiet and comfortable with excellent staff who do go the extra mile to take care of the customers. The rooms are a little dated but that is something that doesn't really bother me. The parking is easy and it's close to all local amenities so it's a good deal all round. I didn't get the chance to eat there but apparently it is very good food.”

“Great stay at the Cornerstones guest house. Spotlessly clean room - nice decor and loads of space. Had all the comforts I needed including a hairdryer. Lovely big bathroom, excellent shower and loads of space to put all my bits and pieces out. Free parking included. Lovely welcome and top notch host. Excellent vale for money.”

Clare was a great help from our first viewing right up to completion day, she kept us up to day throughout the process and made it smooth sailing for our first purchase. Lawler &Co are a welcoming estate agents, who from the first call when requesting a viewing don't straight away push other services onto you, which we experienced alot on our home buying journey when ringing other EAs. They did help along the way with recommendations for surveyors/solicitors who are all local if we wanted them, but we're never pushy. “I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

If there is ever anything needed to be fixed in the property or investment into keeping it maintained someone is always there. The customer service is always professional with a personal touch too, the best estate agents I know and would 100% recommend them to family or friends because you know they would be well looked after!”

“Rukiya and Beverley both provided amazing service. The minute we stepped foot, we felt very welcomed. They both took the time to explain the menu and ensured we were served in a timely manner despite it being a very busy Sunday afternoon and ordering as a large group of 6. As a Muslim, finding a halal place was important to us, everything meat based was halal! The food was very fresh and delicious. We were also served tasty hot drinks (e.g. Masala drink) - just what we needed after a long cold weekend hike. My favourite dessert was the cheese based scones with cream and chilli jam. Very accessible from the main hiking trails. I will definitely be coming back.”

“Spent a lovely weekend here. Loved the shop. Jams, fresh milk and butter, Weather was on our side. Views was fab. The wet rooms was reasonably clean. Had a free bird show from a man flying his bird. The owner did say I could go over to him to see the bird, but I was in the middle of our dinner. You can hear a little road noise but that didn't put us off. We will return sometime soon. There is an adult only area but I prefer the main field. Love seeing family happy when their camping. .”
