Looks like solid business relationships, most people were ordering huge lists of things. The staff still took the time to help on a potentially small order. They are also happy to fetch stock items for you to inspect prior to buying. Free parking as well.”

The team called me early morning to check exactly when I needed it as their delivery had not arrived on time. They kept in contact with me all day trying to get the gravel to me yesterday, it got to gone 5pm and it still hadn't arrived and they promised me delivery today. It has arrived today. Although it was late, it didn't matter to me in the end because the customer service was exceptional and one of the best I have experienced. Sure there might be a queue occasionally but if you're using the discount codes you're pretty much getting your parts at trade price. I just did a warranty exchange on a 2 year old Bosch battery and they swapped it out with no hassle at all.
