"I’ve started to look for alternative places for products, simply because of one female member of staff, who I can only describe as having hair that looks like a skunk. She is constantly shouting across the store at the staff, asking for people to run around after her but she’s never willing to help when there are large queues. Half the time she’s outside having a cigarette while the others are serving. It’s incredible frustrating to see on a regular basis. I’m incredibly impressed by the other members of staff putting up with her"
