“Been here twice. Both times really enjoyed it. Cosy and friendly The service was fantastic the food and atmosphere was great with the chill out music. I had afternoon tea the first time which was lovely and the vegan wrap and home made soup second time. Really good value for money and very tasty. Little gem in Gee Cross.will be going again soon”

We received all our furniture at once, and the delivery man was brilliant at updating ur and communicating with us. They have also installed everything for us and placed everything to where it should be. Products are in extremely good quality! Super happy with our purchase.”

“Amazing food, so much thought, work and care had gone into each course. The flavours were amazing and they clearly use only the best produce. Dietary requirements were catered for without any bother. One of the best meals I have ever had! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I honestly couldn't fault this restaurant , lovely ambience. “Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”

“I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

“Love this bowling alley, always got good offers for drink and bowl deals (think we paid £13 for two games and two drinks). Plus the arcade is decent and not too expensive either. Good central location too as it's right next to the tram stop, Shudehill bus terminus and Manchester Victoria station.”

“I've never been here before, so I booked a table for Valentine’s Day. Called the restaurant as we were running about 10 minutes late, and that was no issue. Got there and was seated right away. I got a table in the corner, which was nice, and also a red rose on the table for all dinners, nice Valentine’s Day touch. Had a choice of the main menu or special menu, ordered from the main menu. The food came quickly and was really nice. Will definitely go back.”

“Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!”

“My family was looked after really well while we attended a family funeral at the church next door. Novotel provided great rooms for us all, as well as the funeral reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everything worked really well. The staff team is great.”

“Room was as shown in the photos. No faults regarding cleanliness at all. Hotel decor modern and trendy. Bathroom was great, AC in the room worked well although slightly noisy but no real complaints. Extractor did not seem to do a great job in the bathroom but no damp/mouldy smells so must have been working. Would definitely stay again.”

Lady working their Emma provided the best customer services, she was very welcoming and courteous. “This is such a unique place, we have not been anywhere like it before. I visited with a 2 year old and a 3 year old and they both loved it and got so much out of it. It’s a lovely place, especially good for children who get overwhelmed in large busy places. The couple who own this business were lovely and took some lovely photos of our children playing for us to to have. Can’t wait to return!”

“I visited furniture by Lauren last year looking for a new La-z-boy settee and chair and found exactly what i wanted after many months looking online and in stores. Lauren was very helpful, informative and patient and gave me a really good deal on the furniture. Gavin and James delivered and assembled the furniture and even took my old settee away as well. Everyone was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, thanks again.”
