"My family was looked after really well while we attended a family funeral at the church next door. Novotel provided great rooms for us all, as well as the funeral reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everything worked really well. The staff team is great."

"Location is good and staff very nice but when i booked this hotel it said fridge in the room,when we arrived there was none. i told reception and they said no room has fridges yet, so it was false advertisement,i wouldnt of booked it if there wasnt going to be a fridge, then the day we arrived the room wasnt too clean it deffo wasnt hoovered and there was dirty cups in the bathroom that had peoples toothbrush water in them. the following night my son got sick so we asked for the room to be cleaned and when we came back it was spotless so maybe have a word with the person who cleaned it the first time. breakfast selection only ok."

"Rooms have been upgraded, absolutely fine. Good temp control. Small, but functional gym on site. Food was good, but it's the friendliness of the staff that really stood out. Not an encounter that didn't make me smile."

"To be honest, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. The staff however were lovely and the food was good for the cost. I suppose it's a great place to stay if you are in business and have a stop over or for a couple of days. If you stay on the lower level note that the room will be darker due to lack of natural light."
