“Been using mkm in sharston for a while now the lads in the yard on behind the tills are a great helpful bunch always doing there best that your happy not like the other builder's merchants not so far away. They will always try beat prices and I'd say 90% of the Time they do always gonna have the odd item tgat might find a quid or 2 cheaper. Had tgere kitchen designer Stuart hankinson designing my kitchen great service nothing was too much trouble and went into detail of spec kitchen to suit everyone needs. “Love screwfix always got everything u need. Usually the staff are ok here mostly miserable except for Jason who handled my issue outstandingly. Had a product that failed outside of a month of purchase but swapped it for a new one with no condescending questioning which I had experienced in the past. He even taught me how to use the express app and I'm pretty young and tech savy. Jason is a gem, we need more of them”

“I was with the sales advisor, Alicia. I have to give her great credit for being patient with us. We were very demanding and had a specific set of sofas that we were looking for. We tested everyone for a good 2 hours but she patiently waited and helped us to get the right sofa for us. Couldn't have asked for better.”

“What a great place! Boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere nice to eat before our train back, slightly worried about time and this place was perfect! Pizzas came within a couple minutes of ordering and we're absolutely delicious, wish they were cut but this wasn't a big issue. The vibe from the place was great slightly modern and rustic, staff were so lovely and welcoming it was a great experience. Especially loved the dips you could get on the side as my favourite topping is pesto - you rarely see the option anywhere! Definitely going again when I go to Manchester. To top it off, the sorbets were so refreshing and a perfect way to end the meal 10/10.”

“One of the best Turkish restaurant in the area. Beautiful seating hall. The seating area is very big but it was even on Wednesday afternoon. But we didn't have to wait. The food was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are big. Other than Hummas everything was so delicious. I won't recommend Hummas from this place. Very friendly and polite staff. And service was fast as well. No dedicated parking”

“Greeted at the door. Took my son for a post football treat. Not that normal sort of place as is aimed at discerning diners/lunch seekers, we were lad and dad brunch seekers! The lady and gent that served us were really attentive and alert. Lovely with my 8 year old too. Divided things on menu to accommodate us and just made us feel like we could stay there all day it was that relaxed. Food was of a high standard and arrived still warm and fresh from the oven. Scotch bonnet chilli sauce was especially good which we got with our pizza. The sorbets are well above average too. All in all a great place, loved it! We were served by Elle and Isaac. Who enhanced an already good experience.”

“An ideal place to go with teenage children for a birthday meal. There is plenty to choose from on the menu and the food is very good. I like being able to choose my own sauce from the side counter and to top up on soft drinks. We all enjoyed it and the food was reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back.”

“Sai spice is near the tram stop, just a couple of mins walk from Barlow moor road. Enjoyed the food here, specially the oothapam, Egg fries rice and chicken fries rice. Naan and chicken butter masala were very good. Would enjoy coming back for the fries rice or oothapam. If you are seated in the waiting area, quick grab the massage chair. It feels awesome to relax in it for a few mins”

“As always brilliant service from the staff..food was served quickly..it was cooked to perfection. Tried one of the burgers it was delicious..garlic bread was slightly hard but fries was excellent.. chicken was tender and flavorful. This is usually not too busy at lunch time so it is our one of the favourite places to go to .”

“Absolutely love coming to wing yip, growing up i didnt really go to asian supermarkets and as i've got older i have come to love the trip to our local supermarket. The range and variety are absolutely stunning, there are brilliant little finds here, it sells dishes, pans and crockery that help transform your dining from casual kitchen to oriental fusion. On today's visit i bought some lovely chinese snacks, which i dont believe i could find anywhere other than here at Wing Yip, i got some vermicelli noodles, some fresh vegetables and fish, i also got some fermented black beans which are absolutely stunning, i also when visiting here always grab something random and try it and today was a bottle of Heinz Ox Sauce which i think i'll coat some deep fried chicken wings in. They also have a brilliant and extensive selection of frozen food from sui mai to frozen crabs. I'd say this place would be amazing for all your chinese cuisine needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shop and cook this amazing food.”

“I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.”
