“Factory Coffee is a cozy and simple coffee in Manchester. The location is good and the design of the coffee shop is gorgeous and lovely. You can enjoy a good time there. I’m quiet agree it’s the best coffee in Manchester. The coffee tasted rich, sweet and smooth. If you want to try the cakes there, remember to visit earlier. So sad for me couldn’t try the cake because I visited late. All sold out ;( I will come early next time xoxo”

Although we know most restaurants can’t guarantee the risk of cross contamination, Katie made a conscious effort to ensure my friends toast was gluten free and prepared separately from mine. “Was staying at a hotel and Ordered some food on just eat. The estimated time for delivery Had passed but the app said the food was delivered. So i phoned the restaurant to find out what happened. I was told that the driver arrived, tried phoning me, but no answer, so they left (I didn't recieve any phonecalls, I was using my phone all the time I was waiting for my delivery) . The guy on the phone apologised, and said he would get fresh food made up for me. After I got off the phone I realised there were missed calls from the driver, even though my phone didn't ring. 15 minutes my replacement order arrived, the driver was apologetic and understanding, and smiling, even though the initial problem was kind of my fault (technology problem I guess),.... Food was lovely, full of flavour, and hot. ..And this was at 3am. That's what you call customer service! Great food, great service, great restaurant. Fully recommend”
