"I've been going to this branch for years now, and the quality almost never changed. Delicious food & fresh cakes/ dessert. I like sitting here alone, reading a book, or doing some work. Nero is great. Regular cappuccino, blueberry cheesecake, and a panini= £10.80 Nero wins, consistency is what makes them the best in Manchester."

"Ordered normal hot chocolate and luxury hot chocolate expecting that to be all singing all dancing. What a disappointment. We couldn't tell the difference. The black forest gateaux was lovely. The staff were busy chatting to a visitor who stood part way behind the counter so didn't want to interrupt their fun by asking which drink was which."
