“Looking for a nursery for your child is one of the most stressful and worrying times, especially if your child like ours has a medical condition. OI is basically brittle bone disease, so nursey setting had to be right. After visiting a few nurseries we had almost given up hope, then The yellow door came up and it was the best decision to send our son here. It's like home from home, staff are informative and nursery settings are natural and beautiful. Risk assessments took place and support offered was amazing, he has grown in confidence and development. So happy we made the right choice .”

“We had a wonderful experience using space station for our son. They supported my son and I throughout meetings for a speech delay and worked with him when he picked up basic sign language. My son now communicates with spoken language and has come on leaps and bounds with his all round development which all the girls at space station have helped him with. Myself and my family adore the staff, environment and ethos of Precious Day Nursery. We are kept fully informed of his care and development through Tapestry, daily conversations, letters home and Facebook newsfeeds. I always feel informed and confident of my child’s development and targets for development. The staff throughout the nursery are always friendly and helpful from the moment you walk through the door. I feel the nursery has a ‘homely feel’ and is well run by all staff from the managers, breakfast club staff and key workers. My child really enjoys his sessions here, I would highly recommend this nursery to others looking for a safe positive learning environment for their child.”

“My child has been attending the setting for the last 3 months and I can’t thank the team enough for all they have done. Whilst arranging settling sessions, the management team were very flexible and made it very clear that the amount of settling sessions my little boy had was completely dependent upon him and I thought this was fab as not all nurseries take this approach. It’s clear to see that the nursery values each child and will do all they can to provide a happy and caring environment. My little one is always happy to see the ladies and has built such a lovely bond with everyone in the setting, especially the ladies on his floor and the management team. “All 3 of my children have been here my youngest still there couldn’t recommend the gables enough the ladies are caring kind and always there to talk and discuss any issues my 2 older ones still love going back saying hi now as a very picky parent who looks after my children they go up and above to look after them it’s a Great piece of mind to no well I’m working how well looked after she is knowing I can ring at any time of the day and the ladies are more than happy to give me a update on how’s she’s been wouldn’t chose any other nursery if you want the best than look no further”

Jade in pre-school is great and always provides thorough run through of my child's day and is very approachable when I have an concerns. They are beginning the process of implementing a Montessori approach which is a fantastic way of learning for children from babies all the way up to pre-school. “Both of my children attended Kenwood Road Nursery until we moved out of the area. My oldest started nursery when he was around 19 months old and as he had been at home with me, I was looking for a small nursery with a homely feel and that is exactly what Kenwood was able to offer. We saw a big change in him after a month being in nursery. Confidence and language development soared as you could tell he was happy in his new environment. The older and younger children socialise together at various points in the day and I think this helped prepare my son for being around his new sister when she arrived. The nursery was fabulous at getting him ready for being an older sibling and dealing with that change. The staff at Kenwood are fantastic at what they do and if I had any questions relating to my children they would be only too happy to help. I felt like parents and the staff work together as a team to care for the children.”
