"We were pretty much resigned to having to replace our Dyson but decided to give Barlows a try before doing so. They said a service and a couple of replacement parts should solve the problem. We left it with them and a couple of days later went back to collect it. What a difference! The machine actually has a smoother action than when we first bought it and more or less looks like new! All done at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Barlows and we will definitely be returning to them when the next service is needed. Thank you."

"Absolutely amazing service. We took our karcher pressure washer in all dismantled and picked it up a few hours later and it looked brand new, so much passion from Nathan and Mason explaining what repairs had been made, how to look after the machine to avoid further damage, showed us the old parts that were broken. They even rang whilst it was in for repair to give us their findings and to determine what we wanted to do based on their findings. Very transparent service and excellent good old fashioned customer service which is a very rare find these days. They certainly value their customers. Very highly recommended."
